How long does it take for home delivery?
Your order will be delivered within 7–15 business days. In rare cases, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but rest assured we strive to ensure a smooth and timely experience
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?
Usually, standard delivery is free on all orders. However, if you were mistakenly charged for delivery, don’t worry — we will refund the shipping fee back to your account. Simply contact us, and your money will be returned to you within 24 hours.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please check your email (including the junk folder) for the dispatch confirmation. If you haven’t received it, kindly contact us and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Why does it not tell us on the website that the parts will be delivered by the branch?
All our orders are shipped directly from our main warehouse in China. That’s why delivery details may not show a local branch. This allows us to offer you the best prices and a wide product range
Can I collect from a local store?
Collection from a local store isn’t available, as all orders are shipped directly from our main warehouse in China. This ensures you receive authentic products, carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
We don’t deliver on weekends. All orders are shipped from our warehouse and usually arrive within 7–15 working days.
What is our return policy ?
Returns are accepted only if your parcel does not arrive, or if the item is received damaged or broken. To request a return, please contact us with evidence. For your safety, we recommend recording images or a video while opening your order.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
You'll get refund in 24-48 Hours.
Do we provide COD?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders can only be placed through the ‘Buy It Now’ option.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
The original delivery charge is non-refundable, as standard delivery is free. If you were charged by mistake, please contact us and we’ll promptly resolve the issue
